By using Immutis, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptable use
You may not use Immutis to capture, store, or verify evidence for illegal purposes, to infringe on others' rights, or to create malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Fair use & limits
All plans include a fair use allowance based on your subscription tier. This ensures equitable access for all customers and protects service stability.
- Reasonable use of your plan's included captures and device seats
- No excessive automated usage, bulk data scraping, or programmatic abuse
- No attempt to circumvent API rate limits or usage tracking
- No reselling or sublicensing of the service without written consent
Accounts that exceed fair use limits may be throttled, requires upgrade to a higher plan, or subject to account review. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that create unreasonable load or abuse the service.
Usage overages
Usage beyond your plan's monthly allowance is billed at the following rates:
- Starter plan: $0.05 per additional capture
- Pro plan: $0.02 per additional capture
Enterprise plans include negotiated overage rates. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Overage charges are billed in arrears.
Data retention
Evidence data is retained according to your plan tier: 30 days for Starter, 1 year for Pro, and 7 years for Enterprise. Data beyond your retention period may be automatically deleted. Enterprise customers may configure custom retention policies.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to factors outside our control.
Payment & billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans offer a 17% discount. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payments are non-refundable except for Enterprise contracts with specific terms
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after 14 days
- Overage charges are billed in arrears and payable within 30 days
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Account termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. On termination:
- Your access to the service will be disabled at the end of the notice period
- You may export your data within 30 days of termination
- Data is deleted 30 days after termination unless legally required to retain
- Any outstanding fees remain payable
We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all evidence you upload. Immutis retains ownership of the service, SDK, and underlying technology.
Liability
Immutis is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, except as required by law.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
